As Ordinary Business:
∙ to approve the Minutes of the AGM on 7 May 2025
∙ to receive the President’s Report
∙ to receive the Treasurer’s Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025
∙ election of Officers - President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary
∙ election of Members of the Committee
∙ election of Auditors
∙ any other business.
Nominations of candidates for election as Officers of the Association or to the Committee must be in writing and should be sent by email to: Natalie Todd Natalie.todd@cyklaw.com at least 14 days before the AGM.
To arrive by at least 14 days before the AGM. Each candidate must be proposed and seconded by members of the Association.
